Hey I have searched a bit on what supplements are good and safe to take year round, but I havent found much. The ones I could think of off the top of my head are:
-Fish Oil
-Flax Oil
-Whey
-Glutamine
-Multi-vitamins
I was wondering if these were all correct and what other supplements are safe and beneficial to take year round.
Some supplements I would like to know that are safe year round are Liver tabs, chromium picolinate and bcaa.
