Recently my neck has shit the bed it has been bad now it’s stable
Training post surgery was ok
Lots of stuff was out - running sprinting
Cleans and any of the O lifts or fake Olifts where out.

squats and pulls came back
I was able to squat 405 3 sets of 5 on a good day and could pull about 500
I have a video from 2019 I got 275 for 25 or 26 on squat.
I don’t really bench like ever.
Covid and gym closures near me and then my neck - wisely killed any barbell training.

I have a TRX suspension trainer
Two adjustable kbs that get up to 32 kg
Two adjustable dbs that go to 40 lbs
Tons of bands.
The kbs are large and and awkward they are competition kb size so it like a basket ball
I had to be very strict with pull-ups
Rotating elbow in - retracting scap
I’ll see if I can do another session of pull-ups - this week.
Work pull-ups and the KB cleans from that complex take a toll on my bicep tendonitis
If you have ever seen a truck pull in strong man that is a similar position to coiling up cable - bent over - back braced -
Pulling hand over hand making a nice round neat pile - I do this a lot like a few hours a day. There are techniques which make it easier and efficient but it takes a toll.
Combine that with a similar volume of pull ups I have to monitor.
That being said - antletics and work has given me a really good grip forearm situation.

Neck only feels like a pen is being stuck through vertebra not a hot knife so that’s good.
All the bw squats and or complexes I do - I’ve been squatting in my toes and it’s really helped my feet and ankles - they feel really good - mobile and stable.
