didnāt miss a workout in July BOOOM. 30lbs pr on the clean and jerk its only 185 lbs.
on my back off sets for my main exercise I am using fatigue stops instead of preplanning my sets. for my bench from now on im going for 5 reps and stopping when I get 4. gonna try that out for awhile.

a bullshit workout is better than no workout.
I body temper for 30 min before i lift , just canāt recommend it enough especially for us olds. I have been doing the Olympic lifts for a year and a half and now Iām intermediate according to exrx strength chart for my age. I need to get my power lifts back to advanced they have dropped off big time.
