Ye old gym rat. what is a log?

This seems to be the only really active place for training logs. I miss the logs having a online log and looking at other peoples. This is for all the over 40 lifters LOL

I need to sleep Better. Felt something weird in my left hip so I just stopped for the day. I am currently experimenting training around 90% of max for my main lift of the day then doing rep work with secondary in a upper lower split.

Goals 2025
I’m going to get my belt squat as strong as my squat max before I do a regular squat again.

I was tired. 285 is starting to feel good on the belt squat i can feel the correct muscles firing.hopefully i’m building up all the under used muscles. my abductors are feeling it. I wonder how much this will translate to my regular squat.

at 40 you have to pick what you use up your lower back for right now its Olympic lifts.

I felt tired second workout in a row and I missed a lift.i think the fatigue is hitting again. I am going to deload and keep the weights the same and see if I can make 3 weeks before i make an adjustment.
