Thanks man! It’s only possible for me to do all three in the same training session if the intensities vary, no way I could max squat and dead in the same session haha

Doing a 2day/week thing w/ 531 right now because my schedule. By next week I should be okay.
Estimated 1RM for deadlift is 367… Huge increase, started with an estimated 1RM of 318. 49lb increase in deadlift in 1 month, soon I’ll have 405 the OHP suffered because I deadlifted first, whatever, I just matched my old PR. if I did it first I could have squeezed like 2 more reps out. Next week the PR’s will be ROLLINNNNNNN’ when in doing 4x a week again.
5/3/1 seems to work well for most people’s deadlift, same is happening to me at the moment, though I have a completely skewed estimated 1RM of ~660lb because I’ve been doing them touch and go, it’s been consistently going up which is all that matters.
