I am, and for two reasons:
I’m not really all that big on the death penalty.
Killing him creates 2 or 3 more of him.
Yep, and again, why is the federal government prosecuting him? I may be mistaken, but I believe he is a Massachusetts resident, committed his crime in Massachusetts, and was apprehended in Massachusetts.

Yes. It’s funny how the same people who complain about big government and how the government is controlling our lives and being intrusive (some to the point they believe there is going to be a coup of sorts and are preparing for civil war) have no problems with the government having the power to kill its citizens.
Yes.
But if I am to be executed for something I did not commit, I want
a) a smoke
b) a firing squad
Do NOT want to be taken out by some third rate male nurse, thank you.

This state loves to blame the victim and coddle the nuts of the law breaker. Probably for the better really.

The question is, how has the federal government claimed jurisdiction over the case? If Massachusetts has jurisdiction, and the federal government has stepped in and taken over…who is the law breaker?

Fuck that, let’s talk last meal. I fantasize about what I would want for my last meal (how many things do I have to limit myself to anyways and how much time do I have) far more than how I’d want the state to kill me.
Obviously I would want forced sex by multiple female supermodels until my heart explodes. They can shoot me up with some special stimulant or whatever to make sure that happens. Hell I may admit to any crime if that was the case
No matter the facility he ends up in, he will get no love, not even from the Muslims incarcerated (which is an extremely small number anyway).
If he is not in protective custody, which I would imagine he would be, they will use his mouth as a washrag in the shower, then put a blade in his ass.
-The above would be fine with me, at least in cases where conclusive evidence exists to convict. I just don’t like the state deciding when it will be used(and will always oppose it as long as that is the case).
However, if there is one, it should be carried out by an expert headsman with a sword.
Also, this man should have the right to repeal the execution if his own conscience tells him something smells fishy (eg political bs).
He’s basically a blade slashing expert and a proficient philosopher jurist.
A man with a sword is a powerful symbol while a machine or gas are all terrible, hideously inhuman ways to hide behind.
Decapitation by human hands is quick, painless and final.
It requires, right at the last second, a certain skill and a determined mind.

What about the probability he will be able to convert fellow inmates, who may be eligible to leave prison, to his brand of thinking?
Pure speculation, but I don’t think a dude who tried to kill women and children in an indiscriminant act of cowardice is going to catch the ear of many people in the system. There seems to be a (somewhat strange) sense of morality (a code if you will) among those violent offenders he will be in with, and I’m going to assume those people don’t want someone of his ilk palling around.
The numbers aspect of it favors him in prison as well. In prison he converts tens of people doing his best work. We hang him, and he is a martyr and converts thousands, in fact, he wins…
I am against the death penalty but I understand we can not house an endless supply of bad . All we can do is the best we can , which is not happening now .
I think the question is how many innocent people have died ???

Talk about old school ,I have always loved Westerns
may I suggest To kill a Mocking Bird another good one about justice , not a western though
I think they should have some gladiator type shit where death row inmates are forced to fight bears, lions, each other, a fucking griffin, who cares and charge to view. Awesome to watch and money will be made.
