I just read an article were they just found the body of the 11 yr old FL girl. I feel sorry for the family.
I want him dipped in gas and then lit on fire.
Im for the death penality. I see nothing wrong with it and an acceptable manner to deal with those that are not worth keeping around.

if a family member of mine was raped and killed i’d rather see the killer go to jail for life. first of all, i don’t think the death penalty is right for anyone, nobody knows what happens to you when you die. second, from the looks of OZ maximum security prisons are a sick and scarry place and i’d rather see the fucker suffer in there.
if he killed an 11 yr old girl he must be a little pussy boy, so he’d get his ass beat like none other in jail, and if he dies he dies. i just don’t see capital punishment as a deterrant

i think death row inmates should be used for scientific testing purposes. you know, instead of using lab rats.
Too many people on death row have been found to be innocent (note this does not mean that they are good people). I dont think there is anything wrong with the death penalty, just the way it is implemented.

Dipped in gas sounds bad, but has no style. The burns would be severe, but if he could flop around, would not be as bad as you think.
For real pain, do your reading on what the apaches used to do back in the day for torture. Would take three to four days to kill a man. My fav. was the concept of tying a man down, and attaching pieces of prickly pear cactus to him with strips of wet, green rawhide. Set him out in the sun and as the rawhide dries, it contracts and slowly pulls the spines into the victim. Dependign on the length of the spines and location, you could stretch out the pain for a week maybe.

This dude needs to be tortured for a long fucking time. He needs to be reminded every minute of every day of for the rest of his life what he did to that 11 year old girl.
Cases like this is where the cops and other guards kind of turn a blind eye to the mayhem that will enter this dude’s life.
He deserves to die, for sure… But it needs to be drawn out… The DP is too quick.
The state of Florida has this sort of ambiance which makes it appear lively and inviting for tourists and retirees alike, but we all know that underneath the surface, once you scrape away the top layer, Florida’s citizens are just a bunch of good ol’ boys and girls that will take care of business.

I agree with p-dog scientific testing should be done on death row inmates.
I also think they should offer the convicted person over to the vitims family if that is what the family would like.
Personally if it were my child I would like to bury him up to his neck in the woods place honey all over his head & let the animals & insects take care of the rest.
Let those kind of folks see that & I beleive it would deter alot of others.

I’d be for it if:
It was less than the cost of keeping the sick fucks around. (If it made economic sense)
It was 99% accurate. (If it was just)
It actually reduced violent crime rates. (If it was effective)
Since it is none of these things, I am against it.

Bizarrely, GASP, cop killing rates dropped 95% within a year.

Sorry guys I follow Dan’s line of thinking also. Alot of these guys deserve to be skinned and quartered but the costs, reliability, and hypocrisy far outweigh the pro’s.

Time to Die!! To me there is no acceptable alternative. Sure he will be tortured, beat and raped in jail, but to me that is not near enough punishment for what he did to that little girl. Just for one second imagine what she went through in her last few minutes alive… just think about that for a minute. He should pay with his life, if nothing else, it would promise the rest of the world that he could never get out and cause this kind of harm to another family again.
I agree with Dan “he’s right on this one” McVicker. Reversing the order of 1 & 2 above:
If we knew beyond any shadow of a doubt, not reasonable doubt but absolute certainty that a person was guilty as charged, then:
On the day of sentencing they get to have a last meal, say goodbye to immediate family and visit with a minister of their particular faith. At dawn the next morning they get fried/gassed/shot/hung/whatever. No appeals, no expensive years on death row. It’s just over.
If 1 and 2 happened, I think 3 would follow. Right now though the DP is not cost effective, just or much of a deterrent.
This bastard should just go in the GP of the meanest, nastiest prison in the Florida system. Plenty of guys there know how to take care of sick fucks like him.
I think they should be put through exactly what they out their victims through. If the punishment was identical to what you did I think more people would think twice about their actions.
