WTF Are Dumbbell Dorsiflexions?

What are they. How do they look. How are they performed? And tell me I can use dumbells larger than the pink ones.

If I understand the term correctly, it would be to put a db on the tip of your foot, and then dorsiflex (the opposite of extending your ankle) against the resistance.

Thanks, but I got what it’s all about from the photos and the description.

Anyway…what’a normal weight for these babies, because I got 10 reps with 110 pound dumbells…
