Overtraining, mild flu or some other infection, wintertime blues, that time of the month (yeah, we all have cycles of more productive and less productive times), old age, end of newby gains…
How old are you? How long have you been training? How long since your last break? How much do you sleep? How much water do you drink a day? How much protien do you eat? How many total calories? How much do you weigh? What is you body fat level?

Lifting non-stop for a year and working muscle groups twice a week is definitely overtraining. You deserve a week off my friend!
