Personally, I believe the WSP would be too tough to do on a 2000 calorie diet, but if you can do it, more power to you.

Yeah, I doubt you’d be able to recover from those workouts if you are getting so few calories…especially if you’re doing olympic lifts.

Chad,
In terms of body recomposition, going from say around 20-24% bodyfat to around 10-15%, that following a HFT type routine with some HIIT on off days would lead to good results? If so, should calories still be fairly high? Thanks Chad, and happy belated birthday.

Short of telling you my “ripping” plan in my book, I’d say to follow Berardi’s “Get Shredded Plan” while performing 10x3 For Fat Loss, or my WSP.
I say this because 10-15% is a lot of fat to lose. You’ll need an intense plan.[/quote]
that’s why i guess it might be OK to do WSP + Get Shredded Diet.
The Get Shredded diet is intended for people who are already lean (ie 10% bf or less) and want to get shredded (funny that). If you are not at that level bf, T-dawg or JB’s Tailor-Made Nutrition would be a better bet.
