Wrist Protection

I didn’t know if this would be best suited for “off topic” or “over 35 lifter” or here. so here i am.

I have a partially torn ligament in my right wrist, and just general discomfort sometimes in my left one. I still lift hard because it seems to help my general condition. This was caused from tennis, not lifting.

My doc gave me a wrist spint of sorts that my thumb goes through, but i stopped wearing it about a month ago, but now im wondering if i should get something like…

anyone else deal with a similar problem or can offer any general advice?
