I was wondering if anyone can help me. I was working out when i noticed my writs started hurting when i was doing preacher curls. It hurts when i hold my wrist certain ways and certain exercises. I now use wrist braces when i work out to hold the pain off. I was wondering if anyone out there can tell me something else i can do to make the pain go away? thanks
I get the same thing on with heavy preacher curls. I only do preacher curls with a weight i can handle for at least 8 reps.
Although with dumbells, i can go as heavy as i like and they feel great on the wrists, reason being your wrists aren't locked into any certain position.
