I have been having some pain in my wrists i was wondering if anyone knows what this could be or what caused it? I noticed it started to hurt when i was doing some preacher curls.
I’m guessing you might have put to much weight on your wrists, like when benching for example. I have been ‘stretching’ my wrists now before I lift heavy weights for this reason. A lot of people i know have either hurt their wrists, broken them, what not. I think a lot has to do with the bench press, because a tremendous amount of pressure gets placed on the wrists. Maybe you can try stretching the wrist, or using bandages to tighten the area.
