Wrestler Looking to Bodybuild

Okay I am an 18 year wrestler who wrestled all of high school I been wanting to take body building serious
& have been working out 5 days a week for the last month. I am looking for a good diet to help me get good gains but I don’t know
Where or how to start… Thanks.

Your profile says you’re 5’4" and 130, is that current? Are you still wrestling in college or anything?

What’s your bodyfat like right now? Not a %, but are you more “filled out”/smooth or more lean/ripped?

Without knowing exactly how you’re training or what your particular goals are, I’d start here:

Focus on the foods mentioned there, and set a mid-to-long term plan as suggested.
