hold your breath when you drink it, chase it with O.J. or something right after. I wouldn’t recommend mixing it in anything though, your shake/drink will just taste fishy

It can go rancid (oxidize).
I’ve read that oxidized is more likely to make you burp and not specifically too good for you.

Only had 1 batch taste off and upset my stomach.

I take 10 grams fish oil / day, so might not have time to go bad.
