Straps. I don’t know if I could do it without straps, but in any event it is likely that I might tear multiple calluses. I didn’t really think screwing up my grip was worth it just for the world’s highest rack pull lol.

Did bodybuilding style arms after this. Slow reps, very little rest.

EZ Bar Curls:
70 10x

90 10x
90 10x

Skull Crushers superset w/ closegrip pressing:

Cross Body DB Curls:

Overhead Tricep Kickbacks:
20’s 10x

Laying chest down on an incline bench with arms hanging down curls: Really awesome exercise whatever it’s called.
30’s 10x
30’s 10x
30’s 10x
30’s 10x

Rope Pushdowns:
4 sets of 10

FINISH HIM

Superset empty barbell curl with diamond pushups off of two 90lb kettlebell handles (get more range of motion that way as you know)

Training partner and I finished 10 sets of 10 on both exercises just trading back and forth. Completed the finisher in 6 minutes 14 seconds exactly.

Also my training partner hit a very solid 500lb snatch grip deadlift with no belt today. That has been a goal of his for a little while now.

Been consistent lately with training, especially with dem ahms. They must be SWOLE.

Brian Chia?

Well there.

subbed.

I just need to know if Brian shrugged 900# too? Add it to the card routine next time, lol

Dude, this guy Chris, he ain’t nothin. He talks all about how he can curl 135 and skullcrusher it multiple times, but can he even bend over to tie his shoes? I mean the guy is stiffer than a 2x4.

Allow me to issue a new challenge.

One arm axle snatch. DUN DUN DUN.

Those sound somewhat dangerous when someone who should be doing it does it, but if someone with csulli’s mobility does it then it reaches “Fucking stupid dangerous” status. I’m going to watch this.

It ain’t shit, but tricks and shenanigans, yo. What’s the worse that can happen? You botch the lift and the axle smashes your shoulder. Did we forget we’re men forged out of pure granite?

Brian Chia?[/quote]
The one and only. Best training partner they make. The guy is a fiend. Trains twice a day every day. Does 1000 snatches a week, 200 pullups a day, a hundred handstand pushups a day, can deadlift over 600 at a bodyweight of 181, and is a lean sonofabitch to boot.
