Would You Frontload?

Cool thanks Bushy. So do you guys think that if you took two guys using the same cycle, diet, etc with the only variable being the injection sites that one would have better results?

For instance one only used delts/calves and the other used glutes/quads. If that is the only variable do you think there would be a significant difference in gains?

This is interesting stuff.

Thanks for the tip on the glute site cortes. Btw the reason I haven’t used ventro glute is b/c isn’t there a nerve or something very close to the site that if you hit, really fucks you up?

I could be mistaken but I swear I read something like that.[/quote]

Way,

If you are referring to the sciatic nerve. Pinning the glute (not ventro-glute) is the riskiest ONLY IF you don’t respect the upper-outer quadrant of the glute.

You are definitely mistaken.

VG is superior exactly for its lack of large concentrations of nerves or major blood vessels, as well as its easy accessibility for injection.

You are thinking of the sciatic nerve, and if you are having trouble reaching around to inject the upper distal quadrant of your ass, then you sure as hell are going to have a hard time getting the needle anywhere near your sciatic nerve.

Don’t worry.

Damn that lag time, DH…

A picture is worth 1000 words

ahhh ok, well that changes things then lol silly me!

I still get nervous when injecting into glutes just because of the sciatic. Quads (lateralis) and delts are my favorite sites for injecting. Calves messed me up and I have yet to ‘site’ or ‘spot’ inject anywhere else. I’ve contemplated bi/tri just to try and achieve that ‘volumizing’ effect BR stated earlier.

I am hoping to have a go with IGF soon and would pin as Cortes does in both bis/calves.
