Let me guess, you’re a surveillance equipment contractor for the CIA.

Only thing I will add is as a parent your level of integrity might change. To feed your family you might set aside your pride and grab a shake weight for the camera.

Like I said earlier, if you have to do it to put food on the table is one thing. But the people who endorse bullshit to put another million in the bank when they don’t really need it is totally different.

Agreed, my mind has been tunnel vision lately. I had forgot you stated that before.

But that leads to another question DB.
If your body is your money maker, wouldnt you be inclined to grab all you can early on while you can? So that fitness model may have millions in the bank but have to grab all they can now.

If someone is so stupid that once their body deteriorates they are out of a paycheck for good, well, what can I say? If they’re so concerned about their future, they should do what they can to plan for it without selling their integrity to the highest bidder. It’s not impossible by any means to change careers, especially if you have enough money to float yourself along until the career change has happened.

Selling every bullshit product under the sun isn’t the only way to plan for the future.

I hear ya. I have two kids. I wouldn’t put my integrity above the safety or security of my wife and kids, but those things aren’t on the line and probably (hopefully) never will be. We’re just talking about play money here.

I’d still sell the product. Look, you’re selling to ill informed mostly ignorant people. They deserve what they get. I’m tired of trying to help everybody. If they can’t do their own due diligence then they have a problem. If they believe whatever a celeb tells them they have a problem.

If you wanna save the dumb asses of the world you can start with the long list of welfare recipients. There’s a strong correlation between fucking retarded and poor.

what about major supp companies who put mr. olympia athletes in their ads? does that count as mis-attributing results?

It’s not about saving the world one dumbshit at a time. It’s about maintaining your integrity and dignity. If a person has a problem that leads them to buy an inferior product, you don’t have to “save” them from the problem, but you don’t have to direct them toward it either. Taking advantage of a person’s stupidity or ignorance is hardly magnanimous. If you have no problem doing this, then so be it. Just don’t tell me you have integrity.

What’s magnanimous mean?

I know what yer getting at. It’s not right to take advantage of the less fortunate. Or is it? Kinda like survival of the fittest. Only today your financial intelligence is your fitness.

Do you agree with people selling their body/services for money? They are degrading themselves for a profit. Much like Tom Green did before his career died.

I don’t have any problem with anyone degrading themselves for money. My problem lies in people calling that something else. I could care less if some hooker wants to voluntarily sell her fucking twat to the highest bidder, or any bidder for that matter. I do have a problem with people justifying that sort of behavior if there are other viable options for them to earn income. If McDonald’s wanted some poor sap with no job or prospects and three kids to feed to endorse their food and call it “great” and all that shit, fine. But when someone like Kobe Bryant endorses that food, food that most any elite-level athlete is going to tell you to stay away from if you want to be healthy, THAT I have a major problem with.

Don’t forget lazy.

If you look closely at most of the workout gizmo’s sold on TV they will help get you in shape. Are they as good as barbells, traditional cardio equipment and other such standard training apparatus? Not even close, but they will help you in some way, most of them that is.

So, yeah I’d endorse it after I used it and felt that it did in fact have some sort of training effect. I knew a woman who purchased one such piece of equipment and she loved it so much she actually lost weight and firmed up quite a bit.

From your earlier post one would say otherwise.
