As it turns out, there is an 8 year old warming up with your 1-rm.

I actually saw her father training her on some show with talented children. She was squatting 225 like nobody’s business, pretty cool.
“She can lift up to 350kg”
Wait… What?

Yeah, exactly. What lift could that girl possibly do with 771 lbs?
For reference, he’s Josh McMillan beching 770x2.
i think 350kg is her total for some group of lifts
Perhaps the last picture of her holding 3 kettlebells plus her mom and dad all weigh a total of 350kg, and they’re considering that a ‘lift.’
I think by lift they meant she can support 350kg
Impressive. She will be a beast when she gets older and prob very good looking as well.
I predict joint problems at age 16 or so. 5 minutes of fame and 60 years of pain everywhere. Good job daddy!
I donno man. She’s obviously a freak of nature. I’m sure she is pretty resiliant.
When I saw the title I thought it would be a video of Oleena deadlifting
The future of child abuse. “My dad makes me squat him for 20!”
Reminds me of Richard Sandrak who I think was one of the greatest child specimens to walk earth.

She’s already older (17 I think) the webpages seem quite out of date. There have been a couple of TV programmes about her in the UK. It seems her strength comes from her muscle fibres being attached to her tendons at an unusual angle which gives her more pulling power.

If anything it’d be of her co-worker deadlifting.

I’d be interested to take a look at the images for her muscle morphology - do you happen to have a link to something that describes how they investigated it?
Thanks.
Amazing, but how can that be? Not to be an asshole here, but she seems rather skinny and her joints don’t look very big. Some genetic advantage that’s not reliant on that stuff? Like, the ability to recruit the HTMUs better? Extremely fast-twitch dominant muscle fiber profile? And/or lifting heavy stuff since she was born?
Incredible.
Holy bat-shit! She is scary strong.
Hopefully she makes her goal of the olympics.
That’s insane…
Well I was able to support and walk with a full sized metal refrigerator on my back at 8-9 out of a kitchen. No one put me on a damn website.
It is impressive but I’m sure I only saw her squatting 100-175 there which is impressive for a little girl, but nothing extraordinary except that she is actually doing it. She however does have incredibly knock knees/big knees/big thighs for a little girl. Much different than the string beans you usually see on a child that age.
