Workouts: A Little Overwhelmed

Hi. I'm a 260 lb 19 yr old thats beginning to get very serious about my body. I've successfully been dieting with the T-Dawg diet and 7 Habits of Highly Effective Nutritional Programs for a month 1/2 now without breaking once. I put off the gym until now to concentrate on my diet, but now feel that I am ready to for it.

However, I am having a hard time finding a workout for someone as big as I am. I’d appreciate it a lot if someone could point me in the right direction, and maybe throw a tip or two in as well. Thanks again.

Bro really any solid workout will work so your 260 there are much larger here

Main thing pick one and do it.

Id suggest to start ABBH one is a great program

Typical beginner tips would be changing your eating habits/diet and trying to learn as much as possible, but you don’t seem to need those

Other than that, you should not worry about your weight (if you lose 5lbs of fat and gain 5 lbs of muscle, you won’t see a difference on the scale, so it’s a really bad indicator), and get enough rest.

I would recommend starting with a upper/lower split (like BBB), because its really difficult to learn a lot of different movements at once, and after that try some TBW like TBT.

If you can recover from a 3day/week TBW, you should try to do some cardio (~30 HIIT) on the non lifting days.
