So I had to make another post because my other post called “One armed Row and Bench Critique” would not lead to the post. So I was actually looking for critiques on my form. Thanks for the help
I watched some of your vids. Good work.
Nice 315 squat, you actually got parallel. Pisses me off to see people only go 4 inches with it.

…what just like the guy in the background in this one.
To OP, try experimenting w/ setting the bar lower on your back. You might get some more pounds out of it.
Yeah I noticed that partial squatter as well.

Thanks guys. I think I could stand to go an inch lower on my squat just to make sure I’m hitting parallel for sure. But for the most part, I think that I am hitting parallel. But thanks elano. Also, I posted the squat video about a month ago and a lot of other people said I should put the bar lower on my back. It was on the top of my traps, but now its more on the top of my shoulder blades. I could probably drop it lower if I wanted, but we’ll see how it goes. But thanks for the advice theuofh. I see people using bad form on exercises all the time at my gym.
The one that I hate seeing is having your back round a crazy amount deadlift variations. Some people make my back hurt when I see that. I want to tell them something different, but then I might just come across as a know it all. So I just continue my workout. Hopefully they’ll learn how to do it correctly. BTW, I’m not implying that I have great form on all my exercises, but I think for the most part, I have pretty good form.
