Workout to Save the Lower Back?

cool, thanks guys. Because I’m not training people it’s hard to know what works from a newbie’s POV. For me doing rack pulls or deads or anything that involves the glutes I find it easy to isolate and use them. It took a lot of work though to get to that point.

What are people’s thoughts on incline benching and the chest supported row laying across the bench rather than on the bench if you get what I mean.

She was just whinging about having to change the bench incline between sets from flat for the bench press to incline for the rows.

I’m tempted to say toughen up, princess, but was just wondering anyway.
