I’m going to be in asia for a month in August and I needed a workout routine that doesn’t involve weights. I will be traveling a lot and I doubt I’ll have access to a gym or even treadmills for that matter. Anybody know of one?
Try Tabata squats holding a rock or something. Tabata pushups (very hard). Tabata sprints… Tabata makes a very challenging workout if you don’t have iron at your disposal…
