Workout Programs with Injured Shoulder?

I’m still a newish lifter, having really started training regularly at 40 years old. Now at 42, I’m starting to deal with shoulder pain and it’s killing my spirit to not be able to train like I want to. I took the last month off from all training since my shoulder pain wasn’t going away. Just had an MRI that shows a slight labrum tear. I’m waiting to get into the orthopedic specialist, but wanted to reach out here.

While rehabbing or whatever I’m going to need to do for my shoulder, I don’t want to sit on my ass, get fat, and lose muscle. Can anybody suggest some good programs for continuing to work my whole body while working around the shoulder injury?

What CAN you do?
Can you do bridge presses instead of benches?
Focus on less load but higher reps for a while?
Rows/facepulls/laterals instead of presses?
My brother eventually had surgery to fix his, but two serious lifters I work with have worked around it for years.
