Workout Music Suggestions

Zev-you didn’t say which Fear Factory album(s) you have. If you don’t have their album “REmanufacture”, you may wanna check it out. It’s a remixed version of “Demanufacture” with some techno DJ’s

Hey man try these songs out, I’m not sure if you’ll dig them all(or any) but they have a bad ass pump up effect for me.(I’m a bit of a young’n at 20 though). I’m not sure if they’re even the style you’re lookin’ for, but give ‘em a whirl…
Coal Chamber - Loco
Korn - Blind (from charlies angels)
Bush - Machine Head
Gravity Kills - Guilty
Rob Zombie - Dragula(Matrix soundtrack)
P.O.D - Whatever it takes(any given sunday)
Ramstein - Duhast
White Zombie - More Human that Human (unedited with the moaning girl always gets iron movin’!)

Hope I’m not shunned for this post…

Yeah, early Pitchshifter is decent, but not that later stuff. Funker Vogt is a heavy, heavy dance group–no guitars at all, but they show that you can make tribal-industrial without them. Rammstein is also a favorite. Early Ministry like “So what?” and “Just one fix” are good for the gym. I still like the heavier Circle of Dust, Celldweller, and Frontline Assembly the best though.

emperor and dimmu borgir.

What the hell? Rammstein was only mentioned twice! (Thanks Tommyboy and Basketballstar) I have to say you gotta check them out. These guys stray awaw from conventional metal and are startng to break the surface of a more “technoistic” sound. Their made up of six members: A singer, bass player, drummer, two guitar players, and a keyboard player. If your looking for more keyboard work check out their cd Herzeleid or Mutter. As for Command and Conquer, that was a computer game. When it came out 5 or 6 years ago I beleive you could have bought the soundtrack, but its probably long gone now. Just look around for it on places like mp3.com and KaZaA. Its really just simple metal, but its worth checking out.

You have to listen to Scooter. It’s the best.It put’s you right in to training zone. I guess you could say it’s rave music.

When I heard Po’ Lazarus off the O Brother WHere Art Thou soundtrack I thought it was the perfect workout music. If I could only get a whole cd of slave songs…
