Working Out Sore Muscles?

Does anyone here ever work out sore muscles?(with at least 48 hours rest)

I am sure anyone that uses a super compensation method does.

But who else? My muscles get super sore for at least 3 days, my diet and supplements are are right where they need to be, especially post workout , so I was wondering if I could just go ahead and hit the same muscles again after on the 3rd or fourth day.

When I was in high school me and some of the guys used to “Work” our soreness out, it was painful but it worked, the soreness was gone , we would do pretty much the same thing we did the day before. I quit doing that as I became more educated in fear of over training. It seems I was way more hardcore before I learned about the hated over training.

No problem training sore muscles. Once your recovery capacity increases, the soreness would go away faster. Just stick to the program and reap the benefits (given that you do have a sound program that doesn’t have much of an overtraining risk).
