Anybody else in here who works out at home?
Many.
I have my cage set up in my family room, and a dip stand and heavy bag in the garage.
I workout at home…only problem I’ve found is that I can’t follow a lot of the programs that t-mag contributors offer because they utilize machines (for example, CT’s ab routines use cable crunches, Ian King’s leg programs use seated calf raises and hack slides.) I just don’t have the room for any of this equipment.
On the other hand…no drive, and instead of paying somebody else to buy/improve gym equipment, mine was a one-time purchase that should last near a lifetime. Plus, it’s easy to have an ‘all business’ attitude at home…for me anyhow (some people can’t get off the couch at home.)
