Why don’t we just kill all the useless unwanted people then? I mean killing them is better than them living in a world where they don’t have everything and they are unwanted right?
This is an excellent plan. Let’s start with everyone age 80 and up or has a terminal disease. Seniors are a drain on resources.

I have done something about it (and have been for the last 6 years). What are you doing about it?
Currently, I don’t have the resources to affect those specific children in the postings, because I’m working on being able to obtain resources for many in the future. It’s pretty guaranteed that I’ll be successful at this point. What about you and others?

Sarcasm, yes or no?
Very much so. Though sometimes I wonder about those people who can’t take care of themselves, live in a hospice or retirement home if they had the choice to die, if they would? I mean, who wants to live like that? I don’t. Give me a pill or an injection and put me out of my misery of living in diapers and being sponge bathed everyday. Reminds me of an episode of Star Trek Next Generation where a society had a euthanasia policy. When a person reached a certain age, say 75, they were euthanized. The society didn’t see any reason in having people live longer than that because they were usually retired and a drain on public resources, their bodies started failing, etc.

You recognize the slippery slope there, don’t you?
Yes.
Yeah, you cannot judge quality of life based on outward appearance. I agree those people look miserable, but you don’t really know. Then you got these folks who look like they have it all, love, money, sex, drugs, rock and roll and next thing you know they kill themselves because they are so miserable.

If there’s no plan should we continue to kill 'em? You know…for their own good…so they don’t have to grow up “unwanted”?
Just put 'em down like an unwanted dog or cat at the Humane Society, right?

Agreed it is tragic. So no plan or would you be willing to adopt? Probably not as long as someone has to deal with it right, just not you.
There ARE plenty of people who want to adopt. They are hampered by bureaucracy and the fact that millions of babies have been incinerated.
And by the fact that they want a perfect child below the age of 6 months who preferably doesn’t look too different from them.

I have adopted 1 child and my wife and myself are starting to look into fostering children.
I run a free fitness camp/Big Brother program for kids in my area who come from broken homes.
I was born with a severe birth defect-Polysplenia/Heterotaxy Syndrome- the mortality rate is 95% before age 2. I don’t know how much longer I have.

Pat, you seem to care a lot. Before you say stuff like this, I recommend that you try working with some of these “unwanteds”. Put your money (and time and heart) where your mouth is.
It’s pretty easy to get involved. Just look around for tutoring programs with at-risk youth and group homes.

Awesome. I’ve been thinking about doing something like a fitness camp for the Big brother/big sister program as well. Can you tell me about what you’ve put together so far, how you’ve gone about selecting kids for it, where you hold it, and what kind of programs you put the kids through?

Well saying that there aren’t enough children to fill the homes wanting children and that the only reason for this is abortion is misleading. That’s like someone who wants a show Pomeranian complaining that there aren’t enough dogs in the world for adoption; it’s not an accurate reflection of the whole problem. There’s nothing wrong with wanting a show dog, but reflecting on the entire state of dogs producing unwanted puppies based on your inability to find one type isn’t going to be an accurate portrayal of the matter.

Irrelevant.
Besides I didn’t say it was the only reason. Go back and read my posts.
