That’s so awesome!!! She’s going to grow up to be strong like her mom and dad ![]()
Thank you!!
I’m glad you’re here!!!
CALLING ALL OBSERVERS TO JOIN THE PARTY!![]()
We’re pretty friendly around here… the more the merrier. If you have any questions about your training or nutrition, please ask. I promise you that someone else I wondering the same thing so don’t be shy!!
It’s just my mom, my son and I and I don’t watch many movies nowadays but, even when I was married, I absolutely refuse to do this.
If I watch a movie I am watching that sucker like a dude! My ass is plopped down and not getting up till its over. I’m not getting anybody anything to drink, or snacks, or a bkanket, or whatever. They have to take of it themselves for a whole hour and a half… lol
Does anyone ever feel like fluff comes on seemingly over night?
This has happened a couple of times where I’ll notice that I’m softer, weigh in heavy and the weight never comes off
No, it might feel like that but I assure you it’s not reality! It could be a multitude of things… something that you ate, some kind of stress on your body etc.
How many steps are you doing now?
Have you been consistent with your nutrition?
Have you been taking progress photos? If so, do you have any that you can share.
I have a hard time picturing a 100lb girl with extra “fluff” considering your activity level.
Love it. I’m kind of a split person. Sometimes I have my stuff all together- First one up, cleaning, worked out, took care of the pool- everything’s done and cue shiny house Legit Angels singing.
Other days- omg its 106 out and we have an hour drive and I forgot to take water ![]()
I’m super sassy and sing in the kitchen, line dance with the babes, lift at night cause that’s my jam now and drive @Andrewgen_Receptors crazy with all the things I come up with but he knew what he was getting into.
We know she will! Gotta give them a strong foundation to grow up on ![]()
24-25k
yeah. I’ve actually been much better at sticking to the calories I set!!
This is from last week
the pictures are somewhat deceptive bc I store most of my fat in my inner thighs and arse
Recently, I’ve been noticing that my arms and chest area are fluffier
I’m ~107 right now. I’ve unintentionally put on 3 lbs since May and I’m pissed

say it isn’t so….
Like I said before, that’s way too much! This is putting a lot of stress on your body and causing excess cortisol so I’m not surprised that you notice extra water retention. All of your efforts in the gym and in the kitchen for building muscle are going out the window because of this cardio. You can’t gain muscle this way and you certainly can’t achieve a harder look when you are constantly in a state of high stress.
I’d be lying to you if I told you that it’s going to be an easy transition so I won’t. You have to decide when you’re ready to get off the treadmill… everything else will come around after that. You will be stronger, leaner and harder but you have to take a step back from the treadmill. Let body recover and then the sky is the limit for you ![]()
I really want to see what happens if I purposely get up to ~110, but next semester is crazy and Idt I’ll be able to put in the amount of effort into training needed to actually add muscle
Have you gotten your hormone problems solved? Or is it still an issue?
Looks like the scars from your kidney surgery are fading. Yay!!
yes. I have a cycle now
yeah. They’ve never bothered me though. I am anal about body composition bc it’s something i can control through my own actions
Things like scars from surgery and my facial features aren’t things I can change through hard work or discipline so I don’t really care
Okay, I think you need to get used to this. Women’s bodies do weird shit. Ya know, because of hormones. Are you still taking meds for it?
nope.
This isn’t period bloat though. Period bloat goes away. I’ve been consistently up
Amen to this ^^^^
This is a positive sign!! I don’t know what the history is here but that’s a great sign.
How long ago was your kidney surgery?
Nope, they’re not! Speaking of scars… my scar from my hernia surgery is like a sideways Harry Potter scar, blahhhh ![]()
I had amenorrhea for 6 years
three years ago

my mum insisted that I lather with bio-oil, but honestly I’m too lazy. I’m very much in the “body positive” camp in regards to things like scars, height, facial features, skin conditions and deformities
In all honesty, I think you’re very very hard on yourself. You look good and you have great shape! From what I have read from you, I think you’re a very intelligent/strong young woman and I believe you can do whatever you set your mind to.
I’m happy to hear this! No need to stress over things we can’t control… plus, scars are cool ![]()
I personally think you look good right now. You don’t look skinny, you don’t look fat, you look healthy. Probably the healthiest I have seen you look on here.
I agree with this 100%
I know you’re going for a harder and leaner look but generally the girls you see on stage or in magazines who have that look are very far from healthy. You appear to have a very healthy body composition!
The issue I have right now is that I seems to be gaining weight spontaneously.
I want to be able to gain weight only when I’m actually trying
Also, based on how I’m looking, the weight isn’t good weight either. This is really freaking me out
