I’m a 36 year old male looking to put on some lean, hard muscle. A little about my previous experiences: when I was 24 I did a 10 week cycle of Deca and put on a good 20-23 lbs of weight. In the end I probably kept 15 of it. After a month or so, I did another cycle of Deca and only gained 7 lbs or so. Fast forward to about 5 years ago…picked up a bottle of Torque by Fully Loaded ( basically oral Superdrol ) put on a solid, lean 15 lbs and kept most of it. I did another prohormone after that with an estrogen blocker in it ( can’t remember which prohormone it was ) but it didn’t gain as good results as the Torque. Last year I did another 10week cycle of Teca coupled with Test…again 10-15 lbs or so in gain but not like the first time I did it. I’m not sure if my body gets used to the specific cycles I mentioned and doesn’t produce as much gain as the first time use of each.
I did some reading on one of the stickies and found that Tren or Winny ( can’t remember which ) is good for a diet not super high in calories. I do eat clean ( cheat maybe once a week ) and lift 5 days a week. I’m 6’-1" and weigh somewhere between 170-175 lbs usually. I’m looking to gain a solid, lean 15-20 lbs on a 10 week, injectable cycle. From the gear I’ve mentioned, what might be a good recommendation to accomplish my goal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
So you packed on around a cumulative 45 lbs or so from cycles yet you still weigh 170 lbs at 6’1?
When are you going to stop using steroids as a crutch and do shit right? You cycle, bloat up and think you are making gains but you are just wasting your time and money.
Well when I gained wait the last few times I lost it over time and have trouble keeping weight on. It’s not so much a crutch as it is more of a way for me to gain weight quicker than doing it all natural.

This post is so far beyond stupid I don’t have the words to describe it.
Lol your posts scream “I have the maturity of a 16 year old boy”. No offense to the 16 year olds who aren’t too full of shit to take good advice.
Your nutrition and training clearly are shit. Do yourself a favor. Man up and realize you are not ready for steroids. Or don’t. Nobody here will give a damn if you keep wasting your time or not.

Alright cool. Well…thanks a lot for all the help. I appreciate it[/quote]
LOL. Written like a passive aggressive little girl.
Come on, you’re 36 yrs old. You’ve been training for more than 10 years. You are 175lbs at 6’!!! You have failed to keep gains no matter what cycle you’ve done.
You are not intending to use drugs as a crutch. You want them as a fucking motorized wheelchair that also wipes your ass for you.
Go figure out how to eat and train properly. If you want such advice we will be happy to give it and provide support.
“looking to put on some lean, hard muscle”— As opposed to fat and soft muscle I guess.
“A little about my previous experiences”— Pretty good so far.
“when I was 24 I did a 10 week cycle of Deca”— So you have a history of poorly thought cycles.
“and put on a good 20-23 lbs of weight. In the end I probably kept 15 of it.”— Not to horrible I guess.
“I did another cycle of Deca and only gained 7 lbs or so”— Im assuming you forgot how to eat and train between cycle 1 and 2.
“Fast forward to about 5 years ago…picked up a bottle of Torque by Fully Loaded ( basically oral Superdrol ) put on a solid, lean 15 lbs and kept most of it. I did another prohormone after that with an estrogen blocker in it ( can’t remember which prohormone it was ) but it didn’t gain as good results as the Torque.”— Which means in that 5 years you lost pretty much every thing you gained from cycle 1 and 2 and just went back to where you were previously at best.
“Last year I did another 10week cycle of Teca coupled with Test…again 10-15 lbs or so in gain but not like the first time I did it. I’m not sure if my body gets used to the specific cycles I mentioned and doesn’t produce as much gain as the first time use of each.” — Not even really sure what to say here.
“I did some reading on one of the stickies and found that Tren or Winny ( can’t remember which ) is good for a diet not super high in calories. You have been training for 10 plus years, You have been using steroids off and on for those 10 plus years. You have accomplished NOTHING and I mean Nothing ( would use a word thats means less but I am not sure one exsists) in those 10 years. Your diet sucks. Your training sucks. Your work ethic sucks. Your whole approach to pretty much you rlast 10 years in the gym and kitchen has and most likely with your “please male it easy for me” attitude is going to continue to SUCK.
I only posted looking for help, and direction…not to get opinions on what I did / didn’t do. I was honest in what I wrote but I’m really not too sure why you all seem so judgmental and critical. Whatever the case is, or reasoning for all the comments, it’s your prerogative. Thanks anyways
We are telling you the advice you need to hear. You are choosing to only see the harsh way it is coming through. You do not need gear of any kind in any way. You said you only took gear in order to speed up the rate at which you could gain passed that of what you could do naturally. Well you failed at even reaching the level you could have done naturally becausee your nutriton and training is obviously off. I understand you eat clean but obviously the amount, kind, or frequency of clean food you are eating no where near optimal. You are well behind where you should be with even 10 years of half assed training. It makes it even sadder that you have accomplished so little with the use of steroids. You are looking for the gear to do the shit for you. STOP LOOKING FOR THE EASY WAY OUT ON THIS.
You need to go to the begginers section and get set on a good strength training program and good mass gaining diet. You do not need steroids you need a pair of balls.

reassess your diet and training or else your gains from this cycle will be as fleeting as the ones from your previous cycles - Mr Walkway

Apparantly, all this isn’t what you want to hear. I thus offer the following quote in good conscience and wish you all the best:
Save up all your jizz and pin that into your forehead - kenny-maccormick
Could it be OP’s natural hormone levels aren’t adequate to maintain the gains he makes on cycle?
OP: If you have trouble keeping weight on, loosen up your diet, eat more cheat type meals. No not sugar laden food but a few more burgers in your weekly diet will help.

if he was above his “natural limit” maybe but he has never even reached 200lbs body weight at over 6 foot tall even while on multiple cycles of AAS. He eats like shit end of that.
