What kinda percentages are you planning on using, do you even intend on going up in weight or just picking some number at random and doing the same weight for 6 months? Honestly, I’m guessing thats what happens. I also think you’re going to burn out within the first week trying to do all the volume for 6 days straight, taking one day off and then doing it again.

Say whaa?
good luck man
I do a pyramid, where i try to go heavier every week and so far i have succeded.I keep a log and write down the weight used and if i completed the sets with acceptable form i will raise the weight for the next session.
@about diet,my goal is to get bigger as i need to put on alot more size but the reason i first go down to 10% and below is to get my insulin senistivity up and have a bigger error margin. bulk to 13% is the limit as all great coaches(Shelby, thibs, meadows) here seems to put that as the upper limit for bulking.
I thought u wer leaving? At least when i made my leaving thread i actually left… (for a month) but i didnt keep postin after i said i’d leave!!!

Why do you think cutting to 10 % now to “increase insulin sensitivity” is going to put you any further ahead than devoting the entire six months to gaining size when that is your goal?
How many more pounds of muscle do you think you’ll gain from the “increased insulin sensitivity” by cutting from 13 to 10% bodyfat, and why shoot for a “bigger error margin” when the idea is not to screw it up in the first place? Do it properly and you won’t need an error margin…
Also, if I did condone your cutting to 10%, it would be better to do it first, use that as your starting point - not part of your six month plan, then dedicate the rest of the time to gaining size…

x2
Setting time goals etc is only beneficial if you’ve already got a good idea of where you’re going and how quickly you got there in the past.
OP - just pick a goal without the time frame, get some experience of how your body responds

The reason is simply i have 4 abs showing but also love handles which indicates bad insulin sensitivity. In the past when ever i only bulked and didn’t try to first get ridd of the love handles they have gotten bigger and bad fat to muscle ratio.

Minute 1: Walk to bathroom, grab reading material, seat placement, commence shitting
Minute 2: Shitting/reading
Minute 3: Shitting/reading
Minute 4: Shitting/reading
Minute 5: Wrap up shitting/reading. Commence wiping
Minute 6: Flushing, hand washing/drying, walk back to laptop.[/quote]
