Not a huge fan of your attitude, mason, but what you’re saying is mostly right.
Although: do you bench only partial reps as the only method of workout in the hope of getting a bigger chest?
Why would you do the same for your forearms?
I agree with whoever said that your method would only work because of the grip factor.[/quote]
find out for yourself
i guessing you can hold 225lbs
in fact, i know you can
test it.
this week hold 225 in your hands and do static holds with it. next week use the same weight except this time try to do reverse wrist curls with it.
the same position, Both standing.
both require only 1 work out, do about 6 to 8 sets for each workout.
then when you come back, you post how much of a difference your muscles were destroyed using my technique of small movements.
the peoblem with this site, is there are to many mouths and not enough bodies.
i have 1 body that went and did it, you can be #2
you will be surprised at what a minor movement can do to a muscle, the kep is that weight just rips it apart
something you guys forget, and that is elasticity
put enough force on it and it will stretch and be rebuilt
that is muscle builing 101
i can’t believe this site is this ignorant
so many people are caught up in sets reps, weight, functional, non functional, frequency, compound, isolation… and so forth
But you all miss the main word “Stress” or “load”
just fucking overload the muscle and the fucker will grow
this is not complicated
the easiest way to everload a muscle is to use weight in partial reps that it cannot perform a rep with, you are in constant overload
