Why we Must Use Split After Beginner?

Reg park still use full body forever. his intermediate and Advanced routines have so many exercises which you would say its too overly overly training.

Or you are gonna tell me he is on roid?

Not quite sure what you’re trying to say. If you’re saying what I think… nobody ever said you have to use a split after the beginner phase. I think a lot of people still advocate full body and upper/lower for intermediates…

Who said all beginners have to do fullbody?

Hahah yeah me too. Was it the “on roid” part?

He’s just on one single roid lol like having just one diabete or one aid

I’m pretty sure he’s not still training like that. In fact, I’m pretty sure he hasn’t trained at all for a few years.

And yep, nobody has ever said you “must” use a bodypart split at a certain point. Plenty of experienced guys get solid results with well-designed upper/lower or full body routines.

you don’t have to use a split, many oldschool bodybuilders trained fullbody

This is the Reg Park “advanced” program he’s talking about. Can you do all of this in 1 session and maintain sufficient intensity for progress? 3 times a week?

madcow. sheiko. you can train full body as an intermediate/advanced, but it’s not effective for bodybuilders because just doing 2 or 3 excercises per session is going to leave weak points in the physique. as a beginner all that matters is gaining muscle, the simpler the better, so full body is recommended for simplicity.

What he says. Comes down to training economy.
