Why Transition Deserves a Shot!

“Talk is cheap, I have a lot of shares in talk, that I am going to sell, as of now”.

Hello guys and girls of T-Nation, I’m a 21yo from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I’m right here, right now, going to explain to you all why I should be chosen to participate for the up coming PC2.

Your probably thinking, “why does this punk kid want our approval”, along with, “he clearly hasn’t paid his dues being 21 why does he deserve it”. I’ll tell you why?

I’ve got something to prove, I’ve had to prove a lot to a lot of people. I’m a personal trainer, (people reading think to themselves, “oh my god… this kid actually trains people”… along with? "I wouldn’t train with this guy, look at him) a lot of people think I’m incapable to train people effectively because of my size.

I’m here today not to gloat but to tell you I have earned and proven my worth. I was training 52-55 people a week working Monday-Saturday, starting off was a challenge to prove my worth but I did it.

Now I’m asking you as the population of T-Nation readers to give me my chance to show you what I can do.

I’m 71kgs, I started of in high school at 59kgs.

What drives me?

My physical education teacher was conducting performance measurements on the class in my senior year, the arsehole actually exclaimed in front off the class, “Why aren’t you dead, look at you”, I turner around and the class was just staring at me like I was freak!

Another turning point that drove me to become a personal trainer, hit the iron and gain the weight I have already acquired is the day I was at Basketball. It was a Saturday morning; soccer mums aplenty?

Except it was basketball. Anyhow, one of the mothers of another player turned to me and asked, “Are you getting fed at home”? “Your so thin”??, once again in front of another 10 people.

Yes James pull out the violins, pull the sympathy card out of your pocket.
I don’t want your sympathy! I want opportunity along with approval.

My internal drive from previous events pushes me everyday to be the best personal trainer I can be, somehow I find myself being a psychologist and not just a trainer but that’s beside the point. My point however is that I will work harder than any other trainee on the PC if chosen because I know where I have come from and I know where I can go.

Sacrifice?

Talk is cheap and I have said a lot of crap, on a lot of forums and been a smartarse to a lot of people. I’m here to first and foremost apologize, I don??t have a degree in exercise science like I’ve told people but I am however in the motions of completing it.

I will defer for half a year to devote solely on the PC if chosen, this way if I don’t deliver on results I have no one and nothing to blame except my own lazy arse.

Why haven’t you already done it before?

This answer is simple I go in and out of training modes and dedication phases. If I get chosen for PC then I have people I have to justify everything to which will drive me to continue on in my quest to add extra size.

Why PC?

It’s a challenge, life is a challenge, but whoever can over come great difficulty is destined for greatness.

I’m an ecto and I’ll do my fellow skinny SOBs proud, and help everyone with daily forum posts to help all who require it from my own personal experiences.

Thanks for your time.

James.

It’s me, not much, but its what I have. Also I have my training log, check it out if your interested.

Erm you would be better off sending this to T-Nation …
Chris Shugart in particular…
we dont get any opinion on who gets in

Yeh no stress i already have i’m just letting people know about me. So if i do get chosen then know one will be surprised.

I hate to tell you this James, but if you read all the T&C’s it says you have to be living in the USA to be part of the PC

Oh well that sucks a whole lot of d*ck. I hope the rule changes, oh well i put my profile in. Why did it say in the submissions “country” then???

You would think if it was just for americans then it’d have a disclaimer or a note at the bottom saying so??

Anyway all good, thanks.

Just read FAQ’s this sucks! I was fully pumped!

James over and out!

You don’t read all the rules, and you obviously hadn’t read the first thread about the Physique Clinic regarding application submittals yet you were going on and on about how you would follow directions and be a good participant?

fella you couldn’t even be bothered to read the submittal guidelines.
I think that shows you would not have been a good candidate, you can’t follow directions you don’t bother to read.

Do something w/that Porn mustache it is clearly getting out of hand.

…Thanks

Ya sorry that you aren’t actually able to apply. Even though you don’t look like a personal trainer, just keep on going and don’t let the face that you didn’t get into PC deter you from your goals.
