I don’t understand what the fuck you are talking about.

Because whether a person is right or wrong don’t say “hey here is my opinion, but don’t tell me your opinion 'cause you are wrong”. If someone doesn’t want to hear it fine, say so, but don’t throw in your $0.02 as you say it.
simple really. some people have a personal relationship with Jesus which enhances and fuels their life and others have a personal relationship with rage.
The last thing you want to do is tell someone who is angry what to do, Especialy something as stupid as “chill out”.
I interpret that as “eviscerate me”.

I always thought an angry person would say something like:
"You know, you’re right. I should manage my anger more appropriately, and I agree that I should just chill out. Thank you for putting me in my place. I would not have noticed it myself.
I think I need help. Would you fancy a cup of tea and some crumpets while we talk it over?"

Nope. We throw the C-bomb around, probably in reference to the OP’s mother.
Nothin sets me off like someone telling me not to be angry.
I think it’s more that a few of the more knowledgeable/respected/well known members here use a combination of intelligence/condescension when giving their opinion or advice to people.
Somewhere along the way, people picked up on that, but since it’s easy to be an asshole, and hard to fake smarts…I guess maybe some people view it as a quicker way to put themselves on the T-Map than simply giving honest, solid advice on a day-to-day basis.
