Why Do People Refuse Facts?

JT, you mentioned that you haven’t felt like your normal self lately, and are going through something difficult in your personal life, coping with some depression. Everyone can relate to that, at some point or another, so give yourself some time to cope with that. People who are depressed or unhappy often look for a fight where there isn’t one. We may not start a thread to do it, but… wink.

If you put up a training log or a contest prep log, write your own programs, follow a body-part split, talk aesthetics and hypertrophy, nobody is going to have any issue with you NOT doing 5/3/1. There are a few really experienced BBers here who could be helpful to you. That would be more fun, and a lot more productive, than trying to take on a bunch of people who likely have different goals, or arguing with men who have been training for 20 or 30 years now.
