I was not joking at all, it was a sincere effort to help someone who said that he felt “unhealthy”. But if that made you laugh than I did a good thing because laughter is on the extended list of things that will help you to feel good. It’s nice to be in your 20’s, but that just doesn’t last. After about 35 or 40 if you don’t have a strategy for staying healthy, fit and strong it all pretty much goes away, as you may find out.

This may be true…but why act like being uncomfortable when reaching new heavier weights is odd? EVERY SINGLE BIG LIFTER around has felt like that at one time or another and most would tell you that it simply takes time for the body to adapt to heavier weight set points.

Do cardio to aid this, or cut back on the food and maintain that weight for a while. I takes TIME for your body to accept a heavier weight as normal and it takes some type of conditioning training every now and then to make sure you can perform the same at a heavier weight.

In other words, it’s pretty damn normal if your goal is really big muscles.

I have also stated many times that most people shouldn’t be all out “bulking up” over the age of 35. His 20’s are exactly when he should be focusing on putting that weight on because it takes far less of a toll than it would if he waited like most of these guys until their mid to late 30’s to actually gain a pound.

Me: Why don’t you follow his lead and just chill out, man?
Ct Rockula: I’m chill. I’m chill as a cucumber, man.
Me: You don’t seem chill.
Ct Rockula: I’m more chill than you.
Me: You’re more chill than me?
Ct Rockula: Yeah.
Me:Look what I’m wearing. Kimono, dog. What’re you wearing?
Ct Rockula: A suit.
Me: Yeah, exactly. I don’t know what’s up with you, but I don’t know if I like you.
As far as a physiological construct goes it has a good validity.

^sorry i don’t seem to be getting pms for some reason, just sent one from another account and didn’t get it. Anyone know what could be the reason??
When an OP admits to sending a PM from an alternate account to check if PMs are working, then it’s flame on as far as I’m concerned, because he’s sure as hell posting as “somebody else” at the same time.

Agreed.

If you don’t have the balls to stand by your word when anonymous, what kind of man are you?

Agreed.
OP should also cut out alcohol. I just spent the weekend at a conference out of town and was catching up with long lost friends, which included lots of alcohol, and I feel like shit.
So cut out alcohol. More apples. More almonds.
And Ive never had any issues next morning after ive eaten cottage cheese.

tweet tweet

My advice is less apples and less almonds
