my point is that jsshane started a thread about flaming, yet provided no definition or references for said flaming. and he can’t.
flaming doesnt exist on the Nation because flaming is also trolling. and trolls dont exist on the Nation because our moderators stop them before they post.

I think a lot of the “flames” are done wuth such an adept level of skill that it is hard to realy call them flames. It’s like Don Rickles having a hundred different ways of calling someone an asshole, but he’s so good at it that it’s like an art in and of itself.

I have a question for some of the veterans out there(read: No fat asses or posers). Summer is here and I need to get the veins in my abs to show better. I’m a personal trainer allready, so don’t recomend one of those generic programs that these guys around here rite.WTF is up with them?
Heres my stats.I’m @ 6% bodfat and want to get to 3. I use decacillin 20mg, No2 for vascularity, and suppliment with a super high bcoa brand name pro-tein. Like I said, no responses from people who don’t work in the business. I need to get a little leaner, not fatter and dumber.
