I mean protein powders contain calories why shouldn’t they be used as meal replacements? Although i dont think i could get through by just drinking a protein powder, but if you include some carbs with it then you could cosider them meals! Right?
Most protein powders don’t contain sufficient vitamins and minerals to be considered MRPs. Plus there usually aren’t healthy fats added. Sure you can make them a meal by adding stuff, but that’s more inconvenient than ripping open a pack of Grow.
