Why Are Female Bikini Models so Self Absorbed?

Agreed

Yes! That’s what it reminds me of.

If you watch bikini figure contests on stage, they do the same exact thing when they pose. Bending over and showing their ass and actually moving it to be judged. Even if they think they are being “Cute.”

Its pretty pathetic actually.

I have much more respect for women who actually are bodybuilders and can lift heavy shit. Figure contests are nothing more than a beauty pageant. Its quite comical watching these women train also. Set the fuckin fly machine to 40 pounds and looks like they are working so “Hard.” Give me a fuckin break.

Most of these women were probably strippers before they started competing.

One of them turned you down for a date didn’t they?? Mister, maybe you should just Walkaway.

I follow Neil Degrasse Tyson and like ALL he talks about is science, why?

You are following these women’s bikini competitor profile, that’s what you’re gonna get. Many of these women are probably trying to make money off of it and a BIG part t of that is your online presence and follower amount. If you’re “business” is you looking amazing in a bikini and people looking at that, you’re g to do what you need to maximize that.

All this coming from a guy who used ANAVAR after 5 MONTHS of training.

40-80 mg’s per day is sufficient from what I have read.

From what I have read throughout the internet there are plenty of people who made excellent progress with Anavar alone and their gains did not go away. What are your thoughts on that?
the recommended dose for a male when it comes to Anavar especially a Anavar only cycle is roughly 80-100 and much higher. The only people who are running 40mg of Anavar and seeing benefits worth talking about are females and people running test and other things along with it. I seriously know women who run 30-40mgs a day. Your just starting out in the gym grow some balls and eat and train for a bit. Please for a good laugh post your stats and a picture so I justify the flaming you are so close to teetering on.
Fine I will eat and train. I also will increase my dosage up to 75 mgs per day if possible. So 50-75 mgs per day will be what I am taking. I think that should be efficient to start out with.
^And wrote that hilarious line in bold.

LMAO

And this is why lifting and steriods get such a bad name. Sweet fucking lord

I am intrigued to know where is that Reed guy. He was a huge juicer and all crooked. I am pretty sure he is dead or stopped juicing (and training because of it, shrinking back to where he started) from ruining his health. I wouldnt post anything of what he wrote to discredit someone else.

I workout all the time. Through facebook I have had women send me friend requests who compete in the bikini division. I have never seen so much self absorbed individuals as these. Every freakin day its a new selfie in their workout gear with a latte from Starbucks it seems. Its driven me to the point of deleting some of them.

I have bodybuilder friends who are male and they do not post this non sense. Maybe a video of them here and there of breaking a new PR but that’s about it.

Can someone please explain to me why women who compete in the bikini division are so desperate of validation? Were these girls fat at one time or something?
In case you haven’t realized, bodybuilding–and I mean all of bodybuilding, including fitness, figure, bikini, physique–attracts, and has always attracted, people with many issues.

Reed seems to be doing really well. I believe he has cut down his dosage rather substantially but is still breaking personal records. Don’t worry, he won’t shrink either way.

If you like to gloat at other people’s misfortune so much, why don’t you just go post in that silly palumboism thread?

You mean to tell me women(or people in general) like attention? Holy shit.

Here is an idea. Don’t accept all these invites from hot ass weight lifting women if it bothers you. Also, how are they sending you requests when you don’t even know them? I think you meant to say you are Facebook stalking these girls and they don’t show you shit for attention when you message them. They just want the follower number and for you to tell them how great they look. They don’t know or give a shit who you are. This is nothing more than an internet hooter waitress.

Finally, why do you give a shit if they’re self absorbed or have self-confidence issues? Men do the same thing. Fitness is a largely a vanity ridden lifestyle. Do you question a girls motives when you watch her doing porn? Hmm I bet this girl has daddy issues or maybe she was molested as a child. Who. Gives. A. Fuck.

man idk if you’re being sarcastic but either way i feel like a dick now, it just seems like you have a negative view towards this sport/industry, whatever you want to call it. Like you have some kind of chip on your shoulder or something.

It’s OK. I am not being sarcastic. I truly apologize. I have a bad habit of expressing myself inappropriately or negatively sometimes and you caught me on it and I will try to cut down on it on this forum going forward. I’ve loved the scene for half of my life. I’ve made friends from this hobby and even real life friends from this board, two of them being very close, who I spend time with and speak to regularly–you know, met my family, double dates, lift with, the whole deal.

I don’t know you personally, but from your posts here, I like what I read.

Moving forward

First couple of responders correctly identified it as a blatant troll thread, then Walkway gives a serious response and things go off the rails.

Let’s let this thread die.

Way to display your utter ignorance of training.

Because being able to lift heavy shit and doing it all the time for every exercise are totally the same thing. Or did you actually think the training videos of BBers on YouTube are representative of the way BBers train all the time?

There are lots of ways to modulate intensity that don’t involve increasing the weight. If you disagree, I challenge you to do a 1RM cable xover every training sesh for a year and tell me how you feel after.

You’re still in the “I’m such a hardcore lifter” phase. Recognize it; STFU, do your reading, and ask questions; and then you can feel free to start commenting.

I got an instagram for the sole purpose of following as many of these bikini competitors/fitness models as possible.

I wake up in the morning and scroll through all their bikini, latte riddled selfies over breakfast.

Michelle Lewin, Janet Layug and Marissa Bish are personal favorites of mine

There must be something wrong with you.
