what is a good bulking up work out plan for beginners when i work out i do incline, decline, and regular bench for my chest, and then usually finish off with a set of flyes all exercise i do 3 or 4 sets of 8-10, then i move to triceps and i do lat pull donws usually starting with low weight and moving to higher weight kinda like a pyramid.

then i will also do one armed skull crushers and then two armed skull crushers i also add 3 sets of 10 dips then i do abbs. then on the next day i will do my back doing lat pull downs 3 sets of ten, then i move to row and do 3 sets of ten, then i do my traps and my lower back,

after that i do 3 sets of 10 reps for bise doing regular dunbell curls, then i move to 3 sets of 10 regular barebell curls, then i do 3 sets of 10 reverse curls then i move to abbs. i need help on a knew work our plan unless this is a good one.

that is a terrible plan, do you know why? because there are no legs in this program. Get something on this site, you obviously don’t know how to make your own program.

He speaketh the truth – and for legs, don’t just through in squats at the end of a workout here and there – make sure you go for hammies and calves, as well (calves get tedious – but many who avoid them end up realizing they need them.)

But people are stupid and they do believe the crap that is in the magazines. I have 15yo students that are asking about this “legal steroid” that they can get off the internet from mexico that is called “Uhh, stansazozl” “you mean stanozalol” “uh yeah” Its people like that who believe that NO is gonna help them, and that everything is gonna come easy. They just haven’t had enough time under a bar.

yes yes allright. i agree with you about the motivation part of magazines. but it avoid all confusion throughout the mags, just avoid it!

u know damn well that the majority of people out there will believe those mags.

y do u think NO is one of the best selling supps?

Because people are dumbasses. Why do you think so many of these guys with small arms are AVOIDING all direct arm work? Because they read it here. Does it make sense to most of the people with truly large arms who have been training for years? Probably not. You see just as much “confusion” right here on this site. Newbies are prime targets for bullshit because most want it quick, easy and most of all, right now. Once again, if you fall for every ad you see, avoiding magazines doesn’t mean you will fall for random shit any less.

here’s some more advice…

read everything you can on this site, other sites, books, whatever just DO NOT READ MAGS![/quote]

Isn’t T-Nation an online MAG? and I see a supplement ad on every page.
