Why 5 Ft 6-Ft 10

Arnold is exception.

Majority of succsessfull bodybuilders are under 6 Ft. I think there is a reason.

There is not only Arnold in this world.

Mike Mentzer, Flex Wheeler, Frank Zane, those are greatest bodybuilders in my opinion and they are around 5 Ft 9".

Ed Coan is listed 5 Ft 6". I have never seen him listed as short as 5 Ft 3 or 4".

But if he is 5 Ft 4", he did a MORE MASSIVE accomhplishment. The guy has 2500 Lbs total! Huge…
No shit there’s a reason. If you’re fucking 6’5, it’s going to be way harder to fill out to current Olympia standards. Lou Ferrigno would have to be 400lbs in contest shape in comparison to 285lbs during his competition days.
Yes, a 6 Ft 5" guy should be about 380 lbs in order to compete. But I told this before in previous pages due to Square Cube Law.

So in this case, average heights are better. Is it ok?

No, he is short.
Perhaps thats why he feels short-changed.

We can also look Marathon Runners, Gymnasts, Soccer Players , Etc.

In my opinion best Strongman is Mariuzs Pudzianowski.

Also, there are some guys which has never been to Strongest Men Competitions, but if they do, I think they would perform better than Mariuzs.

3 Guys are coming to my mind,

Paul Anderson ( 5 Ft 9" ) , Doug Hepburn ( 5 Ft 8.5" ) , Louis Cyr ( 5 Ft 10" ).
Bill Kazmaier FTW!! 6’2"

Bill Kaz. is 6 Ft 3" and yes he was also beast. But his Raw Benchpress was about 660 Lbs. Same as 5 Ft 11" Ted Arcidi, lower than 5 Ft 10.5" Eric Spoto.

Eric Spoto would perform very good in WSM contest in my opinion. Achieving 722 Lbs Raw Benchpress, is amazing. 60 Lbs more than Legendary Bill.

Not according to the Square Cube variable.

Alright you got me. You trolled me good, because now I am fully rustled. You stupid fucking cunt.

Mariusz was a paper champion first of all. He competed during the big split in strongman and the guys who could beat him went to the other half of the contests. Paul Anderson, Hepburn, and Louis fucking Cyr? Are you serious? You’re out of your mind lol. You think if you put those guys and Mariusz in any contest with Shaw, Hafthor, and Zydrunas that they would stand a chance? They would get their shit pushed in my friend. It would be an embarrassment.

How delusional are you dude? Omfg my jimmies are all over the goddamn place now.

Square Cube is more for bodybuilding than strength.

Why the fuck do you think this? They don’t do bench press in strongman ever! What is the matter with you man? What is going on with your brain? Can you function normally in society? I am baffled right now.

If I am idiot, you are egoistic and narsistic piece of crap. You cant accept these because probably you are tall and think you are superior and have it all. Sorry sir, you dont have it all…And also, I am not the one who crying and bitching around in forums, telling people that “I am too tall, cant build muscle, cant fill out, please help”. Usually taller people do. Why are they so depressed? Since they are tall, they thought they will be much better than shorter people in bodybuilding, but the truth, is not what they wanted.

I am sorry, richest guy is still 5 Ft 10", and Can Purchase lots of 6 Ft + guys and whole their f… family.
How much do you deadlift?

Did you know what those guys said about Paul Anderson ? Let me paste for you.

"What some of the greatest lifters in history have to say about Paul Anderson[8]

Chuck Ahrens (Famous Muscle Beach strong man of the 1950s)

"I could do 310 in a standing one arm side press with a dumbbell, Paul could do it for reps with ease."

Ed Coan (World famous powerlifting record breaker)

"Though I never met him personally until the Strength Symposium in Florida, I saw films of him lifting in his heyday, with such absolute ease it was astonishing. Using his strength to benefit others is something that should make all powerlifters proud. What a great benefactor to mankind."

Jon Cole (Named "The Number One Strength Athlete in the World" by Powerlifting USA magazine in the early 1970s)

"My love and respect for Paul runs deep. His ability to lift enormous weights in limited movements surpasses all. Those who attempt to discredit him shame our sport."

Bill Kazmaier (3 time World's Strongest Man)

"Heâ??s the King of Strength. His backlift was unbelievable. But more amazing was his total commitment as a Christian."

Don Reinhoudt (One of the strongest powerlifters of all time)

"Paul was an inspiration to me. Some of his feats may never be surpassed."

Bruce Wilhelm (Two-time winner of The World's Strongest Man competition)

"Absolutely no question, Paul was the Strongest of the Strong. His physical deterioration and prolonged illness for the last 16 years of his life was fate unbefitting such a great strongman and humanitarian. Paul was really a powerlifter and did the overhead lifts only because Powerlifting as a sport did not exist 40 years ago. He excelled and was world and Olympic champ because he was far stronger than anyone else. When I hear people talk that a Powerlifter will never win an Olympic Gold Medal, I tell them that Paul Anderson already did it, almost forty years ago."

Paul Anderson (weightlifter) - Wikipedia

Paul Anderson got backlift of 6270 Lbs! If he entered Wsm contest, he would easily win.

Even Bill Kaz says he is king, what the fuck are you talking about?

Lol, I’m sure it was a miss quote.

OP, I think it’s funny how you said you scientifically proved something by looking up internet statistics.

Also, I’m tall and I don’t think I own anything or run anything. (except the things I do own, which I can produce receipts for, like my car for example)

It has its pros and cons like anything else does.

Pros: girls tend to like it
get picked quickly for pick-up basketball games
can reach things up high (like on top of refrigerators for example)

Cons: it’s difficult to find cars to fit in
I have to bend over to wash my hair in the shower
squats don’t come so easily
I get water droplets on my crotch when I wash my hands
Hard to find clothes that fit right

None of the pros I listed were “I run shit” or “we’re awesome and you’re our slaves”.

Honestly, in many ways you seem pretty delusional.

Now, before you get all defensive and say more crazy shit, look up the definition of delusional and then stop and take a long look in the mirror and make sure you’re not in denial.

You may want to seek help from a therapist of some sort, I’m worried about you, man.

Or maybe tall people in Turkey are just like the biggest dooshes in the world or something…

I think your brain is damaged. As you know benchpress is a strength exercise and even Wsm guys do when they train. Whats wrong with you?

Yes its not at total indicator, but still a guy making 722 Lbs Raw Benchpress, can perform very good in WSM contests in my opinion. ( With appropriate training of course ) .

You are an even bigger fool than I thought if you believe Paul Anderson actually did a 6270lb back lift rofl. You need to use your head when it comes to these feats of strength way back in the old days. Most of them are total bullshit.

Paul Anderson’s only official lifts are as follows:
440lb clean and jerk
335lb snatch

Those are very strong, but they’re pretty fucking far off the best nowadays. He would be crushed like a child in any actual strongman competition in the present time. Anderson was a great man. He was a very strong man, and I am a huge fan of his. However his strength is nothing compared to the world level strongmen today. These are simply the facts.

I’m sure its the drive to prove those tall dickheads wrong that will lead to his success and not his lack of skill carryover and insufficient pull strength and athleticism.
