I am curious to read about who is your number one.
Some focus on getting stronger, some focus on getting more muscular, some focus on getting bigger.
OK, i will start and say that my number 1 example is Roger Federer. If you do not know he is the best male tennis player of the last 50 years. It is hard to compare with earlier competition because of that sport evolution we often mention the “modern era”.
In tennis he is the top earner on the court and he is the top earner off the court(sponsers).
On the streets he looks average. He is like the the muscles/strenght combo except that speed is a major factor in a stop and go activity like tennis.
He managed to avoid surgeries / major injuries and as a human i think it is a plus.
