May allow for an exception. I think someone who is obviously succeeding wildly (true of you, too) is offering a gift with their (brief) unsolicited advice. Steven King wants to tell me how I can make my case notes more engaging and interesting? I’m all ears, even if I don’t NEED my case notes to be interesting.
If a 72-year-old in superior condition, or someone like you, who is in truly exceptional shape, wanders past with a quick suggestion I will probably stop them to ask for further information. Where I would have a problem is if someone like you criticized me at the grocery store for choosing this over that. My presence at the grocery store does now make apparent that I’m interested in cutting body fat, which makes advice from you on the matter gratuitous. If I’m squatting at the gym, I think my goals are obvious. Arnold may feel free to advise.
I take issue with the presupposition of goals with unsolicited advice. I am constantly given unsolicited advice on how to lift safer, when safety isn’t a goal of mine, for instance
Oh yes I’m like you, I watch the girls. But I watch everyone I must said. I analyze everyone’s form. On the girls there’s also the advantage of a nice view.
But the girls or gays can also stare at us, like it happened a few days ago here, as my tutor was telling how she noticed the different regard of some people analyzing the body aprts of the two new interns
Yes exactly, for some people half squatting is unfortunately the way to go.
I really wish I knew how to take selfies or even go to a posing school to learn how to post for body posing physique shots. Almost off my my body pictures a family or friend took it and I wasn’t flexing.
The recipe:
Start with plenty of activation in the dynamic warmup. Squat, various form of Split Squat, and Hip Thrust. Run sprints. Maintain your body fat at a level targeted for your target audience. Pretty simple.
