glad you like it bro! they are time consuming to make but I definitely enjoy them
These Q and A vids are proving to be a great resource, thanks again!
That music video was pretty cool, almost did music in college too. Thanks again for the vids.
thanks brah
glad you guys are liking the Q&As I like making them
here is a Video that my training partner Zack McCarley AKA Americas strongest man under 231 Lbs (he won lightweight pro nationals for strongman a few months ago) and I made of our visit to the to our chiropractor a few weeks ago. Zack and I try to see Dr. Bridgeman every week or every other week for tune ups and adjustments. He really helps us out and recovery time is never faster than when we are consistent with our treatment. enjoy! but beware I didn’t shave the morning before so I am rocking some facefuzz hardcore
That guy looks great, wish I had that kind of facility to go to here.
Thats some pretty cool stuff he does. I couldn’t really see, what was the thing where he pulls down on you knee?
keeping strong ben! good to see
Super inspirational work in here man. Thanks for posting the Q & A’s, they are very helpful, a leg drive is a huge issue with me; plus, the whole topic of ‘patience’ was very relevant to me, and helps me know I’m on the right track, I need to just put in the time, so thanks for that.
I checked out your diet that you linked on the last video. Have you always ate a high protein/moderate fat/low carb type diet like that, or is this relatively new??

he is pretty spectacular, and he explains everything he is doing so some mild self treatment is possible afterwards, really make a difference

My hips have a bad tendency to be out, and that quick little pull realigns them. I usually feel a big pop right in the socket and they instantly feel stronger and more stable

I’m glad it could help you brother, as for my diet this particular one is pretty new I have always tried to eat fairly clean but have never really been this structured as to how I would go about it. I always try to keep my protein high but the other 2 have had a tendency to shift. Recently I cut out grain products to help reduce inflammation responses to my high volume training. The only reason I would really have them in there would be for energy but I don’t have any issues training without energy I have issues training with pain haha
