I compete in NAS, but I am from AL so I have to drive to GA to compete. Good job in Dalton, Reed and good luck in the army.

In that case, google turns up a crossfit in Harrisburg. They’re almost always not only ok with what we do, but enthusiastic about it. I’ve trained events at 2 of them, just call them up, talk to the owner, see what they think.
You reppin that 230? Straight rediculous. You mind me asking what show you’re prepping for?[/quote]
Talked to the crossfitters, a physical therapist owns it, theyre real cool, dont have enough weight just yet, been open about 3 weeks. I THINK I found a place, friend of mine is opening a warehouse gym so itll be perfect. Im getting ready for the Pro Arnold in March.

Gee, Steve, the guy who won an invite to the Arnold at the world amateur championships last year is training for a show with a DB and an axle - what could it be?
Jenks, really excited to see you on stage at the Arnold after your performance at ASM. One question tho, since you wont be at Am Nats, will anyone else be rocking the Karate Kid headband in your honor?

Yea asshole, because every show in the Northeast and it’s mom hasn’t had a circus DB and another pressing event. Who invited you to the internet anyways?
Figured maybe he was doing something else before the Arnold, seeing as the Arnold is at least a few months away.
Relax guys no need for the name calling! The next thing Im doing is the Arnold, I need all the training I can get before then.
Mike, don’t worry about the name calling, KBC just knows that I have a frail and sensitive ego and sometimes likes to pick just to see me cry.
Word is you’re coming up to NY to train a few times, Brett was telling me you might be making an appearance or two at the driveway. Look forward to meeting you if that’s the case. Just come prepared for a lot more name calling than that…
Ill have to see how my training is coming along! Im always up for training with some other dudes, oh Ill name call and make fun of people with the best of them!
