if a is person trying to add size and wants to get more toned which supplement would you guys recommend him. Btw, i have never taken any supplements before or protein shakes. And i have only been lifting weights for 2 months only just to increase my size.
If you want to add size and get toned at the same time you sould get some gear…
Ok you gotta realize that no supplement can do both st the same time. Since you havent been lifting for too long just start with a clean diet that has enough protien and calories to grow. Find out how many calories you use each day (its probally way more than you think) then add 400-600 calories to that each day.
Start thinking about supplements once you have the diet down, get a high quality whey protein, creatine, fish oil, and a good liquid multi vitamin. And I was obviously kidding at the begging… dont get any gear/juice until you have WAY MORE experience… or never thats really up to you
thanks for the reply, but i used to be a former fat boy, even though i want to add size i worry that i will become chubby again.
So does having a clean diet assures that i will gain muscle mass instead of fats provided i lift my weights?
Yes fior sure a clean consistent diet and consistent bustiong your butt in the gym will go a LONG way to keep9ng you more lean while adding on mass. Youll; have to accept some fat gain but nothing crazy.
Nail the diet and then get some Metabolic Drive and or Grow!, a fish oil like Flameout, and Id say creatine as staples. then as you progress add the others Like post w/o nutrition etc
