I’m reintroducing myself to the gym after a 13 year hiadus. Still relatively strong but curious bout taking different stacks. I goto golds gym 4-5 days a week and am purely dedicated to getting healthy and f’n strong. I’ve dabbled with some usp labs products and I take the animal pak multis everyday.
But I would like to take a supplement stack. I’m thinking between usp labs asteroid stack or one of universal nutritions “animal” stacks or the Biotest stack. Now I know yall will probably be partial to Biotest so if I could get some advice on the others I’d appreciate it.
