A little background. I’m 30, 5’10, 191 pounds, 9% bodyfat. I’ve been training for 12 years. I have a fast metabolism.
My goal is to continue to make lean mass gains and I’m looking for a boost.
I’ve put on about 5lbs of lean mass in the last 3 months by using CT’s Carb Cycling Codex and tightening up my P+C and P+F meals as outlined by Berardi. Alot of what I am doing is outlined in Chris Shugart’s recent article The Quality Mass Diet. I currently average around 3700 calories a day and have been slowly increasing my calories over the last 3 months. Currently I perform a 4-day a week full body routine ala Waterbury.
I am thinking about trying Carbolin 19 and am curious as to what, if any, other supplements would be helpful based on your experience with the products? I currently use Surge and Grow!, I’ve tried Creatine in the past and never gained any weight or noticed a difference. I suppose I have “normal” T-Levels.
Sounds like you have you duck in a row. Id say add the Carbolin 19. Just add it and give it a nice run see how it works for you may give that extra lil edge.
it all depends on your expense level. i really liked the triple stack: Carbolin 19, Alpha Male, and Methoxy-7. heck you could even throw in HOT-ROX through your carb timing cycles to take advantage of more fat loss. I use this stack for a few days after a really hard workout to kick up my recovery abilities. laters pk
