Looking to start a new stack. Haven’t been on supplements for about 6 months and been getting good results but I’d like to supplement by diet/workout with these.
Stats now:
22 years old
6’ 1/2"
210 lbs
12% BF
I"ve cleaned up my diet as I’m trying to increase muscle and slightly reduce my body fat. Also, Im an ecto so its easy to lose fat. I’ve thrown in 10 mins of HIIT every day which I have already noticed burn a ton of fat. Anyway my goal is to get a harder, denser, more cut look while maintaining my weight.
Heres what I was thinking:
I was thinking either a D-Pol/Erase Pro stack or an (original) Anabeta/Erase Pro stack. I’ve tried d-pol and it was alright but I heard the original anabeta would be cool for lean mass. I was thinking about doing either stack for 8 weeks. Then throw in xTend intra workout. Also have A-AKG powder before wo, and Kre-Alkalyn pre and post.
Have you guys experienced either stacks? What would you recommend?
